From what I've heard from them I would consider them to be The Darkness of power metal. I couldn't tell if they were trying to take themselves seriously or not.

these guys dont take their music too seriously, thats not why i dont like them though
i dont like them cause im not into power metal really at all
but i did watch a cool video of the guitar player (herman li) making some badass noises with his guitar. By using his whammy bar and volume knob he made a badass elephant noise, and pac man noise, and motorbike heh
