Al di Meola - Land of the Midnight Sun - 1976

One of the better efforts in the world of 70s fusion. A little of that genre goes a long way with me. I have to pick and choose my way through that stuff, but this one is a keeper. You get some nice work from Chick Corea and Jaco Pastorious along with di Meola's guitar work.

Checking it out now. I'm pretty sure he plays on this music of Coltrane record by Prima Materia (Rashied Ali) called Peace on Earth. I really love that record.
