Tim Buckley died of a heart attack secondary to a heroin OD, and his son Jeff Buckley drowned.

Me again. I keep thinking of this topic and I come up with more dead people. Frank Zappa died of prostate cancer and Mike Bloomfield was another drug loss. Laura Nyro also died from the big C.

Chet Baker was found on the ground underneath his hotelroom in Amsterdam. Nobody is sure if he jumped or if he was killed. With his drug-past I don't think he jumped.

Herman Brood on the other hand did jump, from the same room, just a couple of years ago.

I've read that Dennis Wilson was drunk and was diving in the water for some personal belongings that he'd thrown in the water a few years earlier, and some of his friends were worried when he took longer than normal to come back up. I've also read that he was body was found in a fetal position, like he might have been committing suicide. If he was pushed off the boat, though, that would be MURDER! :lol

Jaco Pastorius - Thrown down a flight of stairs by a bouncer after kicking in a plate glass window trying to get his buzz. Fell into a coma and died in the hospital.

Danny Gatton - Rockabilly King. Opted for the classic shotgun head equation. He deserved better than he got out of life.

Terry Kath - Chicago alumni who died performing the equivalent of Russian Roulette. Chicago was a band on the edge.

Richard Manuel - Hung himself in a hotel room having ingested many a hit of blow.
