1. Not a reunion. Just the previously unreleased Clean Hands Go Foul, which was recorded back in 2005.


2. They have their moments, however, I recall a few members around here liked them.

I can't really get excited about a new Slayer album though, maybe they'll prove me wrong.

Yes if it says Slayer on it, and Lombardo's on the kit...autopurchase. My understanding is that after they promote their next release they are planning to retire, although things have changed economically since Tom Araya said that last year. Hell I might even take my walker and my Geritol and go get beat up by other Slayer fans for a couple of hours...haven't seen them live since 1991

Travis Foster is back, but Aaron Reiseberg is the new bassist. They're recording on Profund Lore Records, albums supposed to be out in the first half of this year, and Mike said its the fucking heaviest and most epic YOB ever.
