That's my favorite of the 60's Quintet, actually, for "Prince of Darkness" and "Masqualero" alone, although the rest of the album is also great. I still have more of the Plugged Nickel set to listen to, so that may change, but defininitely this is my favorite of the studio material (this is my favorite stretch of Miles material overall).

I got to see Herbie Hancock live about a year ago in Hiroshima doing a concert to memorialize the anniversary of the bombing. There was a huge crowd there so I was surprised, very pleasantly surprised, that his set was quite avant garde.
