This is such an ocean of music and I've only heard a small fraction of any of it. Starting at the beginning, that Cecil record Nailed, I could only find it used and pretty expensive. I would love to get it but is it more important than all the other Cecil records I don't have? And besides money, what about time? I think I listen to a lot of music, like three records a day, really listening, but just to get through this stuff and of course to mix it in with other stuff- where do you find the time? What would it take to get through all this stuff? Whew! And then to remember it!

Not knowing what by the DA MAN you don't have makes it hard, but I will say it's top 5 by DA MAN in a great many people's minds. It's the firs time that quartet recorded together and the last time they will play together.

Like pretty much everything I discussed it several times on here, already.

http://www.radiomute.com/152680-post3.html

Try the Jazzloft or Downtown Music Gallery....if the DMG doesn't have it they might be able to hunt one down.

The rest of that is just another variation on Grasshoppa Seba's longtime quest (although, it has been about a year since he last tried) to figure out the size of my collection.
