Dude if you like "pop punk" ie the more melodic stuff there is somne really good bands out there that IMO are much better than blink. THE BUZZCOCKS for example.
also:
THE DESCENDENTS
NOFX (Earlier albums are best)
BAD RELIGION (Again check out earlier albums)
PROPAGANDHI
PENNYWISE
NO USE FOR A NAME
LAGWAGON
DAG NASTY
a lot of the stuff satch listed is a little more abrasive and probably requires a more aquired taste. I think bands like BAD BRAINS, THE DEAD KENNEDYS and BLACK FLAG etc is superior but if you are digging the more melodic stuff you could start at the bands that I have listed above.

Most of the bands I'd suggest have already been suggested. I'm not really sure what kind of punk you'd like best but I'll try and help with some suggestions.
The Ramones, great band that started the whole 'punk' thing. Their music is simple but really catchy. I think their compilation Ramones Mania is a great place to start.
The Clash, a band from Britian that are another classic. Their music isn't as raw, or as Tanjello put it abrasive as some other artists I will list, but is still very good. London Calling is one of my favorite punk albums ever and I highly suggest you check it out.
The Sex Pistols, what comes to mind when you think punk rock. Another British Band that inspired countless amounts of people. Their music is very raw and might take some time, but it is musical history nonetheless. Their debut album "Nevermind the Bollocks Here's the Sex Pistols" is one of the most famous rock albums ever.
Black Flag, probably my favorite american punk band. They are harder then the bands I have listed above but are still a great outfit. Although its not where I started out, the album "Damaged" is another punk classic that would be a good starting place for them.
I don't know if you're quite ready for these bands, although I'm pretty sure you'd enjoy The Clash's London Calling and the some stuff by The Ramones. Here are some bands that are a bit more produced and could serve as transition bands for you.
Pennywise, I was surprised when I saw Tanjello listing them but they are a good band that helped me get into punk when I was younger. Their a California band from the 90's that got pretty popular. My first album I owned by them was "About Time" and although it is good I don't think it is as strong as "Full Circle" or the Self Titled. The song Bro Hymm tribute, the version on Full Circle, is a very powerful track as their bassist had died prior to the recording of the album.
Operation Ivy, in musical history they are one of the first fusers of Ska and Punk, but now have become better known as the band that was before Rancid; they are far better then Rancid in my opinion. Their music isn't as abrasive as earlier bands but it still has strong punk ideals. Energy is one of my favorite punk albums of all time and I highly suggest checking them out.
Sublime. Well I wouldn't consider them punk, ska if anything, they could still serve to be a good transition band and are one of my personal favorites. Try 40 oz. to freedom or the self titled.
You could also check out Rancid and Bad Religion.
I would look up these bands on allmusic.com too if you were interested in learning a little bit more.

The kings of melodic punk are Greenday, but you probably already know about them. Social Distortion is another geat punk band. All the non-melodic actual punk I would suggest that I can think of has already been mentioned.

I quite like pennywise I bought their self titled album when it first came out and I think it is really good. Funny I got into my car the other morning and pennywise were at the radio station I listen to and were programming. They played some descendents "I'm not a loser" then some black flag and the NWA "fuck the police". Then I got to work so I didn't hear anymore but it was a good drive that is for sure.

with blink182 in your cd-player, are you really sure its punk youre looking for? could be just "regular" rock that would suite you better.
