Of course, considering the co-producer Kevin Shirley produced records by Aerosmith, Journey, the Black Crowes, and H.I.M.....see above comatose smilie.

Is it really a power ballad? Cause if it is I can't listen to it...

It's Maiden. If you are a fan I think you'll like it. Especially if you liked the couple albums after the rebirth. It's not ground breaking, but Maiden is so much more than music to me. It was the band that started my musical life and has always been around since, as cheesy as that is. The Maiden sound will always resonate in my soul. I have only heard the one track, but in my opinion it's right on the money.

I saw the news on their site a few days ago. I will wait for the album to be released before listening to any of the songs and forming an opinion. All I know is that the album cover art looks sweet. Much better looking than Dance of Death.

Were you even born when I was listeing to Maiden, to be lecturing Satchmo about being a fan?

Oh, just simmer down I wasn't lecturing. Just letting people know that I tend to turn a blind eye when it comes to Maiden. So, some stuff that your regular avid music listener might avoid I will still enjoy if it's in the Maiden category.
