The title seems to suggest that it's probably a benefit for Doctors Without Borders, my favorite charity. Anyway, I wasn't aware of that release and it does seem like a valuable addition to anyone's collection. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

I don't know if this will matter to anyone, but about half the songs are just instrumental. There are also no lyrics included in the booklet for those songs that have lyrics.

Have heard from the other 4 members of the horde, this box has interested. All of whom give thumbs up, as well.
