Would Sonic Youth count? Kim Gordon sings sometimes, but only like a song or two per album (admittedly, I'm not up with most of their discography, that's just based on two or three albums). But yeah, if they do count, I'd definitely vote for them.

If I were to include Sonic Youth, I would have picked them. I like them much better than any band up there. But Thurston sings as much or more than Kim Gordon, so I didn't count them.

Once again, I feel like shit for forgetting about PJ Harvey. Any way I can be forgiven for this?

I went with the Cowboy Junkies. 'Common Disaster', 'Anniversary Song', their take on 'Sweet Jane', 'White Sail', all great reasons to like the Junkies.
