Abbey Road on the River - Beatles Festival

Fantastic! 75 bands from around the world converged on Louisville, Kentucky for Abbey Road on the (Ohio) River. I stayed 6 hours and heard 62 different Beatle tunes performed. The wierdest had to be the guy dressed like Colonel Sanders, playing a banjo and singing "Tomorrow Never Knows" through a foghorn. The Beatles catalog sounded fresh with these young guys putting their energy into it. I sang "Revolution" on the karaoke stage. This is an annual festival sponsered by Fifth/Third Bank. It is oustide. If you attend next year, wear a hat to protect yourself from sunburn.
