What was the name of the song? I think you might be thinking of something from the most recent album...

And nah, I won't kill you. I can see why you'd like it better, honestly. Jane Doe was a more extreme departure from their usual sound, and then You Fail Me was more of a softer departure. I like You Fail Me a lot because of the textured sound of the songs. Every song sounds like it has so much depth and a great atmosphere.

All-in-all, I don't blame you! But me, I love it all.

Leaked. I haven't heard it yet, and I'm doing everything to keep myself from doing so, but... it's out there.

This album dethrones Jane Doe.

I think it does, at least, and I love Jane Doe. This album sounds like a mix of You Fail Me and Jane Doe, with a nice dash of doominess. The heaviness is absolutely fucking relentless. Aside from the couple of "doomy" tracks, all songs are blisteringly fast and heavier than anything on Jane Doe.

Converge strikes up yet another winner.
