I didn't think it was too shabby. The band doesn't seem to be improving much, and they're really letting the whole "concept album" ego thing get to them, but I still dig past the bad stuff. They're not the best band ever, but I enjoy 'em to an extent.

Keeping this on-topic, do any of you guys know of any decent Converge fansites or message boards? I love Radio Mute, but I need a place to let my inner Converge fanboy out for a while.

TRACKLISTING AND COVER ART REVEALED!

From Epitaph.com: Converge’s new full-length album No Heroes will hit stores everywhere on Oct. 24. A masterpiece of raw emotion and adrenaline frenzy, No Heroes brilliantly combines the textural sonics of You Fail Me with the brutal assault of Jane Doe. The intensity of opening track "Heartache" will simply peel the paint from the walls. You will have to wait for the full assault, but check back to this page often, because we will be posting mp3's to satiate the obsessed...

Here is the tracklisting:

01. Heartache
02. Hellbound
03. Sacrifice
04. Vengeance
05. Weight Of The World
06. No Heroes
07. Plagues
08. Grim Heart / Black Rose
09. Orphaned
10. Lonewolves
11. Versus
12. Trophy Scars
13. Bare My Teeth
14. To The Lions

Mmmmmm...you all are gonna kill me for saying this but.

I like their older stuff better, before they were all grindish. Jane Doe was a great album no doubt about it though.

I heard a song off a epitaph sampler, and im pretty sure it was a new song. It had a different sound. Not in a bad way, just something that you wouldn't expect converge to sound like.
