I want to know what the cover'll be like.

Unless Axl (or whatever label is still behind this project) starts the biggest promotion campaign since the Illusion albums this album won't be selling much. It's at least ten years too late to stir up that much attention. The Velvet Revolver project also was a commercial failure, apart from that the music was lousy also.
I'm only curious if it actually will be released at all. And I'm very sceptical about it's musical quality.
EDIT: As long as the cover artwork does not include any pictures involving spaghetti I'm open to anything.

Well, I'm certain it will cause a media stir of epic proportions, but whether people will be willing to buy it? It will depend solely on the quality of the music. Most people will be downloading it anyway. I do suspect that a tour may be quasi-successful.

I doubt that. Axl is the only remaining original member. He needs at least Slash to rejoin, both for media attention and for getting some halfway decent music done. There's been too much negative press about him and his current lineup. A tour isn't anywhere nearly as anticipated as Kiss in '96 or lately Van Halen.

My keyword was quasi. I'm sure there are still a lot of Axlheads out there.

If it ever is released it will sell big the first week for sure....after that it's anyone's guess....although, it's going to have to sell as many as Appetite for Destruction so that Axl breaks even on the costs involved in recording and marketing it.

Appetite didn't sell too good from the begining on, but has been constantly selling over the years. The Illusions debuted on #1 and #2 everywhere and sold big time the first couple years, but then dropped behind Appetite.
