Man, they way they select and arrange their tunage is awesome. I just finished listening to Conversions and it dead set took me on some sort of astral journey and I was completely straight. Their moving from one track to another is seemless and perfect.
I would much prefer to listen to someone who has mixed a series of great tunes in a way that fits, than a producer who couldn't mix to save his life where every track is independent of every other track.
K&D are more famous for their DJing set and their mixes than for their production but I can't see how that should detract from the music on their discs.
