What exactly does just starting mean, for you? What exactly do you know about playing the piano or music, in general?

Another good question, can you read music?
Really, your best way is with a teacher.
Here is a good site for you.

i'm a beginner on the piano, i'm able to read music, but obviously can't play directly from reading the sheet yet. I know music theory, and i had also some jazz lessons on the guitar.

i'd recommend two books:
The Jazz Piano Book - Mark Levine
The Real Book (6th Edition) - Hal Leonard Corporation
that should give you some ideas

Its actually very easy to start playing jazz. Start playing chords in your left hand: F minor 7 (F Aflat C Eflat) Bflat major 7 (F Aflat Bflat D) C (G C E). In your right hand improvise in the F Blues scale; Just play random combinations of notes from the blues scale and youll get good.
F Blues Scale:
F, Ab, Bb, B, C, Eb (optional E) F
