Erast - Nikakoi

I just saw somewhere that he's going to release a new album called Cyberpunk as Erast... Now that album title doesn't sound really appealing to me (I hope that he's not going to imitate T.raumschmiere and the like) , but anyway, has anyone heard it or any other opinions on this artist?

That's kind of a surprise title, compared to his other stuff. I hope it's as laid back as the Shentimental or Minimissing material, myself. I am partial more to Sestrichka and Shentimental, as far as the man with several names goes

http://www.boomkat.com/item.cfm?id=20023 That site has a few tracks to listen to. I like what I hear, particularly the track "Txill" which is definitely right out of Nika-Erast's vat of flavors.

The site also makes it look like the album's already out...

it's been out for sometime actually and it's not really nearly as good as 'goodair + minimissing' that was released on Laboratory Instinct. I really like the aforementioned album and his stuff as Nikakoi is decent. Don't expect him to have the sound of T. Raumschmiere (I'd actually listen to T. before I'd listen to Cyberpunk).

Well, I'll surely check it out nonetheless when I've got some time I don't know any T. Raumschmiere actually...I suppose I'll have to check him/her/it out soon!

i'd say 'radio breakout' is his most known work (T. Raumschmiere)

oh on the site I saw it mentioned as being released on Jan. 24... from what I have heard I like Shentimental best too...

well maybe T.raumschmiere isn't that bad, but "Monster Truck Driver" or how it's called was a bit too omnipresent on the radio here...
