Talking Kazaa Vs Blubster Vs Soulseek

Howdy people

I have been a user of Kazaa for quite a while (probably about six months - ok thats not such a long time) I didn't actually know about other p2p programmes.

What are peoples views and experiences with these programmes?

I have found that although Kazaa is good for software, video's music etc, Blubster for me is better if just looking for music....also Blubster seems to be working quicker than Kazaa (which may just be a coinsidence)

...And as for Soulseek - the damn programme wouldn't even work!!!

Laterz

I've heard good things about soulseek, but I've just switched to kazaa lite, and that works well enough for me!

I used to have kazaa and limewire, and they all suck A$$ because I never found anything I wanted. I couldn't even find anything from Aphex Twins, and that told me they suck donkey balls.

Can anyone tell me the difference between Kazaa & KazaaLite?

Kazaa lite is (marginally) faster, has no ads or spyware and some decent little extra gadgets. It's just a little "cleaner" than kazaa.

I don't use any of them. I haven't heard of soulseek up until right about now, and I despise kazaa. Come to think of it, what's blubster? I've just been using WinMX...and it's ok, I guess.

Brian, with the people you hang around with online, it's hard to believe you don't know slsk.

Anyway, i prefer slsk. I use it for music and video. I don't download software on P2P programs, really, though. If i did, i'd probably use DC for it. I hate kazaa. I used to use it, but it was just not for me.

Rob, I know. It is amazing. I usually just ignore them when they start ranting about p2p programs, since they usually just talk about DC++...
