usa is the ones with most weapons of mass-destruction, but thats irrelevant, because we in the west are civilised people, and people in iraq are animals with a desire to kill.

but i digress.
we could send britney to iraq and make a show out of it. make her bring that husband of hers.

You would be even more surprised at the percentage who think the U.S. actually did find WMD. The networks love those catchy phrases and anagrams.

Technically speaking, the only country to have used them in this particular war is the U.S. with shells/bombs with White Phosphorous. As well as the use of MK-77, which is a bomb similiar to Napalm.

yea i saw that. it was like 20% of the viewers (rednecks) of FOX NEWS that thought iraq had WEAPONS OF MASS-DESTRUCTION!

more rednecks have died from riding their tracktors drunk in the last 2 years, than people being killed by wmd's from iraq since the begining of time.

Faux News...

One of my brothers, who much prefers Faux News over the Communist News Network, was all over the WMD at the start of the war. When Saddam was captured, he even told me "Well, maybe now he'll tell us where the weapons of mass destruction are."

After Bush admitting that there were never any WMD's, and as I was rubbing it in his face, he told me that it was never about WMD's, and that I had no business "being so naive." hmm...

As for Britney being a terrorist, that I could believe. Her music could be used in torture chambers to make people lose religion and wear jackets made of dynamite. Lord knows I thought of that a million times...

I agree with the comment about the obession of celebrity. I hope I'm wrong about this, but I think we're experiencing a massive cultural decline right now. Our heroes in the US are all entertainers, culture has become one more matter for the bottom line, business, religion, and government seem to have melded into one, and for some reason the belief in unchecked infinite market progress still remains strong.

As for Britney, she seems to have been dethroned by Paris Hilton. A new low for the mainstream.

Wink Huh?

Britteny, er, Brittany. Er.. Britny? BS is not important. Terrorists, or as I like to call them, rebel scum (RS) are going to find something to hate in everything we do, because we have had a tendency to beat them over the head with it for years, and these are people who live in a culture where men can't shake hands with women because it'll make em dirty (yes, cooties are real if you're diehard Islam). Is pop culture making them hate us more? Nah. I'm sure the years we spent keeping diabolical tyrants in power in their countries in order to keep out the red threat probably already convinced them we all ought to die. And the younger generation grows up, sees the screwy world they live in and big ol' USA working like the massive unstoppable empire it is and naturally they blame us. And probably should. Course, killing is never the answer, and they should take a page from Ghandi. But that's easy for me to say. Point is, no worries mates, pop culture is not the reason our family members and friends are dying in Iraq, any more than it's the reason we have to spend 3.30 a gallon. It's just there to entertain and thus keep quiet the millions of Americans who might otherwise join the Michigan militia, whether because our government is too big and pervasive (and the NSA too scary) or because they are living below the poverty level which doesn't seem logical when you're kind of educated and know there are billionaires out there making money for what appears to you as no work at all. But, pop culture is their to pacify them, and so the few of us who have the money to afford to use and learn how to work with the internet as we are now don't have to deal with them revolting, and also, we have something extra to occupy our minds with and we don't get up and revolt. I mean really, if you think about it, it's all really intricate and beautiful. Hooray for uncle Sam. Let's hope those damned RS stay the hell away from the BS so we can all sleep snug in our ignorance forever!

Incredible. You're the first to uncover what seems to be a diabolical plot arranged by the government and its corporate cohorts.

I'll notify the Libretarians right away.
