Behringer Review

I'm thinking of buying a "Behringer Eurorack UB1002 Mixer", (I think that's what it's called) and I was wondering if it was very good, since it's so cheap. If anybody wouldn't care to write a small review, I would appreciate it.

I didn't realize that I posted this in the Hi/Fi section, I meant to put it in production. If a mod wants to move this, That'd be alright.

Mate I've got a UB1202 (think thats its number, heh dont quote me), and it's a great lil mixer. The whole UB range are desgined the same, the only difrerences between them all being the number of channels and the layout.

I have had some issues when using adaptors on the mixer (ie, jack to RCA), the mixer tends to behave very strangely, and give a washed out/distorted sound, which almost sounds like a badly encoded mp3.

Other than that, its a solid series, especially at the prices they come at these days. Since they don't come with RCA inputs (well mine didnt) I'd recommend just trying to use jacks. The gremlins only pop up for me when I used adaptors to convert whatever cable I'm using to a jack.

Thanks, I really want to make a band, and this seems to be what could help figure some weird sounds out for when I want to start a band. Thanks for the advice.
