just dawned on me how much i regretted my past visit to Bent Crayon. they had a copy of Tides over there and i passed it up. perhaps that's the time i picked up Sawako's Hum instead...why?

they also had the re-release of Bola Soup..........why am i obliviously doing this?!?!

it's not my fav arovane, but ineed it has a special thing to it, very trip-hop like, deauville is a big fav of mine. seaside is also awesome.

he seems to integrate each track so well. they definitely have a special character in themselves and as a whole.

Well after the Astrobotnia albums and the collaboration album with Chris Jeffs (Cylobotnia), I don't think Aleksi has produced much if anything at all. So who knows...maybe he has something coming out on Rephlex in the near future...
