Although speaking of yourmusic and Mingus, a couple days ago they removed Mingus, Mingus, Mingus, Mingus, Mingus from their catalog, before I got to ordering the damn thing.

I just got The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady and I wondered if it is ever acted out on stage with dancers and stuff, seen the titles of the compositions... so does anybody know?

First off it's one composition with 4 movememnts, one of the movements having 2 sub-movements.
The titles of the movements are a representation of the main instrumentation of that movement.
For example, Solo Dancer represents the alto saxophone and than the tenor, and than back to alto. One instrument "dancing" above the others.
Duet Solo Dancers - the trombone and sax
and so on.
P.S. Mingus is the one playing piano on Group Dancers.

ah jazz is too complicated really! and it's three sub movements by the way, I believe. you're probably supposed when they change time scale and stuff, which I, of course, don't. oh well, it does sound quite nice.
