Tough question for me. I love both bands and New Order's most recent effort was pretty good. However, I think with their latest release Depeche Mode's got the edge at the moment so I voted for them. Playing The Angel is really superb.

You voted for New Order just because I voted for Depeche Mode, admit it.

What are they doing on the Alternative board anyway? Shouldn't they be in the 80s pop section?

Depeche Mode, although I haven't listened as much to New Order to form a real opinion on them...

Just because your BS annoys us, doesn't mean we're going to resort to it ourselves.
I love New Order, but I really haven't listened to any Depeche Mode. I heard one song by them on the radio, it was pretty good, and if they're similar to New Order than they're worth checking out. I'll give them a listen, next chance I get.
