How can "gangsta" rap come out of Decatur?
I was just looking around and seriously though how can gangsta rap come out of a safe city? this thread is serious though no hate or nothing maybe someone from down there can explain this to me?

Most 'gangsta' rappers are only self proclaimed 'gangstas' anyways... But I mean if that's the kinda music you like does it really matter where it's from? I would think the skill and sound of the rapper would be more important.
