Too much of it is spent on Varg Vikernes.

In an interview for Tattoo You, Mick said he couldn't imagine himself still performing on stage in his 40's. He was 35 at the time.

Mick turned 60 on July 26th.

I never could have imagined that they could make such a fun topic so boring.

It's even older than most people realize. It's basically left over outtakes from the previous 10 years worth of recordings.

Depending on who you believe, Waiting on a Friend is from the either the Goats Head Soup or Sticky Fingers sessions. Hang Fire, Little T&A, Black Limousine, and No Use In Crying was from the Emotional Rescue sessions. Start Me Up was originally from Some Girls, and was originally recorded as a reggae song called Never Stop.

Neighbours and Heaven are the only new songs that were actually recorded for the record.

So....when I hear or read people saying how whatever the latest Stones' recording is the best since Tattoo You....I have to laugh.
