its very good and will probably make my 2008 list....last i looked there was a jazz forum and a thread for those jazz recordings you are listening to. me thinks, there just might be a hint in there somewhere.

I'm listening to the album itself now, but likely won't listen all the way through. I like it but it really does have a strong soundtrack sound to it - even for a soundtrack - that gets tired.
Nonetheless, Boom Boom with Miles is very cool.
