They went through my state last year but I didn't have moneh to see them. Not many bands come through here cause it's so out of the way. Yes, I live in 'merica.

cool. yes money is a problem but there arent many concerts i can get into since im under 18 so i decided to spend the dough just coz i could go. is the legal age 21 over there?

There is no legal age, it's up to the venues. Usually they do all ages with 18+ sections, but there is a few small places that the indie groups play at that's 18+.

Have you seen The Life Aquatic? They use Staralfur in one of the most poignant scenes in the movie.

didnt get up to that bit so i probably should. sounds like a weird song selection since thats quite an emotional song and the movie seems too off-kilter and sarcastic to go emotional

Yeah, it is very off-kilter and sarcastic but then you get to that sequence and it does feel kinda sad. It's not like bawl your eyes out but it did make me feel a little melancholy.
