Don't buy

Styrofoam's A Short Album About Murder on Morr.

im not one to speak, but i must say im very disappointed that i happened to pay full price for this album when i could have bought Pan Sonic's Kesto for around 20 bucks. if i could describe this album, i would have to say that it absolutely goes nowhere. i believe the second or third track has some kind of collaboration with Uwe Zahn which is its only interesting moment. otherwise, its a big blur of nothing to me.

think of a very laid back Postal Service sound trying to be unpoppy.

postal service sounding unpoppy wouldn't happen...because their emo asses were already bummed out and if they couldn't even bring themselves to write worthless pop songs then they'd just go ahead and kill themselves.

yeah, fuck the postal service.

the Bent Crayon owner actually likes this album. go figure. bumped into him earlier today. apparently he's got a radio show here on campus that he's been doing for 15 years or so.

i think he's a cool guy too, it's just that i do not relate to his musical interests very well. maybe i come off as being too serious hehe, sorry. sometimes i joke around with Josh about some of his recommendations, when i really shouldn't judge him in the first place. ah well.
