All they are doing is ripping off the underground artists that came before them. For example, Eminem says that hes from Detroit? WRONG me is from southern michigan and only claims the D because of Esham (eminems idol in his younger days) and 50, well lets just say that if the nazis could make a mainstream rapper, they would had created 50. He is a watered down attempt to make Ganksta rap come back. But trust me there are no rel gankstas in music. NONE. Yes not even PAc and Never would biggy have survived o the streets. *in fact i belive he tryed and died on them* So dont be so fucking persuaded by MTV and BET to like a musician just because they have backing by the same label that put out Styx in like 1965. the are evolving and becoming more trashy to see records. For example, Christina and brittney, J lo and Bionce *sp* all got real dirty once it started to sell records didnt they? I SWEAR I HATE FADS. So take into mind the real arists out there every day. The kingkolds, the atmospheres, the Insane clown posses ( although joker card 5 was about as mainstream as it gets) and the darksydaz. I get where you're coming from and I even agree with some of what you said but it's all been said before. You're just proof that the anti-mainstream group can be just as annoying as the group that loves eminem and 50 cent.

FIRST OF ALL, you can bash Eminem all you want, but you will never be within 5% of the raw, natural talent that he was born with. I came to this conclusion after listening to some of the tunes on your tripod website.

Comparing yourself to Atmosphere is absolutely hilarious. Atmosphere IS underground rap, but you (King Kold) are nothing more than amateur rap... at best. You added a low-pitch effect to your voice to sound deep for god's sake!

Newsflash:
If you are trying to produce good underground rap, the LAST group you should list as an influence is ICP. Go read the ICP thread found in this sub-forum to understand why most of us here feel this way.

Don't get me wrong... I think its the best thing for the music world if everyone picks up an instrument, or picks up a mic and does their thing... but you have to know where to draw the line. Comparing yourself to one of the greatest underground rappers is a completely different thing. That's just ignorant arrogance...

If you can show us a song that you've made that is better than Eminem in any of the following areas, I will personally help write letters to the record companies to get your talent noticed:

- Better Rhymes
- Better Beat
- Better Flow
- Better Sound

Again, if you can out-perform Eminem in ONE of these areas, I'll jump on the KING KOLD fan-wagon.

Eminem was from Warren, which is HELL of a lot closer to Detroit than the Insane Clown Posse's nesting place of Pontiac, Mich. He's also more talented than either of the self-proclaimed "clowns."
