I've been talking about him for quite some time, I think

Mmmm of his first period I'd pick Small Change, of his second Swordfishtrombones or Rain Dogs. His latest, Real Gone, was also very good. Well I actually haven't heard anything bad by him, really

alright since i'm incredibly lazy i'm just going to form a desert island disc based on my most listened to mp3s as of late. and the first disc's worth of tunes itunes tells me is...

run - air
everybody knows you're insane - the queens of the stone age
the way you look tonight - air
weathered stone - aphex twin
medication - the queens of the stone age
venus - air
le voyage de penelope - air
white rabbit (feat. esthero) - the blue man group
hell yes - beck
it's a fire - portishead
how to play your internal organs overnight - stereolab
talisman - air
surfing on a rocket - air
alpha beta gaga - air
slowly - amon tobin
lichen - aphex twin
acrid avid jam shred - aphex twin

so yeah... i tend to listen to a lot of air and aphex twin when i read

...The album "Manifests Life Supplies" featuring "The Cruisers That Appear When You're Stuck on an Island With No Other Hope For Escape". Definitely.

Seriously, though, Tusk - Fleetwood Mac.
