Favorite Climax in a Song?
I'm curious what songs everyone thinks have the best climaxes, an obvious choice would be "Stairway to Heaven", but I would like to offer up the instrumental "Edward the mad shirt grinder" by Quicksilver Messenger Service... and "Try a Little Tenderness" by Otis Redding
anyone else?

Ever so often in college, I would stick my speakers out the window of the dorm or apt and crank up the volume. It was a sure fire way of stopping any amount of crowds or traffic.
I ended up getting many a ticket because of it.

Nevermind, I figured out what you mean. Never noticed that it would do that, when you provided a link to the site.

I like when alot of GYBE songs peak. Sometimes you're waitin' 15 minutes to hear the grand climax!

King Crimson - Starless 12:16. My favorite, has a nice slow and steady build topped off with a saxaphone and some heavy bass.
