I really don't mind Satchmo's mega-list, it lets me find whatever artist I've been listening to and get one or two reccomendations on them. I aprreciate your list as well, though, in fact, they kinda go hand in hand. Yours is more general, while his is more specific to whatever I feel like buying.

not suggesting i'd rather listen to blues-rock at all, but just to complete your list.
