who IS mike jones ...?

there are very few southern rap acts that i like. outkast, ludacris, scarface and those guys who were doin it before this crunk crap started are the ones who will have longevity. people like mike jones, lil jon and the ying yang twins are a waste of my time really. seriuosly havent we all tired of hearing about money, hoes, cars and clothes?? and then there is a "new movement" in hip hop and what is it about?? some dumbshit rapper telling us everything we have heard before about cars and ice. its repetitive and fucking annoying. new york is still the best city to go to for hip hop, no fuckin doubt. nas, jay-z, mos def, talib kweli, jadakiss, the list goes on. chicago is doing great too and all over the midwest there's good hiphop. on the west coast too, there's a rebirth of many different forms of hiphop. our friends downsouth on the other hand are choosing to ignore the path of the outkasts and scarfaces of this world and follow that raving idiot, lil jon. Atlanta churned out their own share of horrible, shallow idiots and now its houston's turn. there's nothing fresh in this music. the south is fucking up because it has some of the best rolemodels in the hip hop game. its really pathetic how poor the repetitive crap coming out of the south is.
