Starflam is quite good, although I'm not much into hiphop myself, I also like some songs from 't Hof van Commerce, but I don't know if non-Dutch speakers would be interested in them... Krewcial might be more interesting to foreigners...

Ireland is small too but they have lots of famous musicians. Admit it...your Belgian rappers just don't have it. Go listen to German rap, esp from the Aggro Berlin label. They cut the meat head to toe!

Ireland is English speaking too and bands from English speaking countries do have it easier to get recognized by the press. Especially the English press can be very chauvinistic about bands, except if they're from somewhere exotic (like Iceland for example) or for some other reason good to hype. There are great bands in Belgium and Germany and everywhere, but they just don't get as much hyped as many bands in the English speaking countries are. (that's only generally speaking of course)
but anyway, I guess you won't be interested in anything remotely underground anyway...

Are we talking underground-rap here? Didn't they use to call it ghetto-rap?

not really underground no, it's stuff that's popular amongst a big crowd in Belgium, and for Starflam France too...

and besides that: not all underground rap is ghetto rap...
