I really wanted to like them. But I couldn't bring myself to it

"Lost and Found" was okay. "Upon This Tidal Wave of Young Blood" was a bit worse. I have to like the singers voice or I won't like the band. Does he have to slur every single word? This is the kind of music that's easy to ignore.

Their musics sound a little bit strange for me, but I like them anyway!

At best unimpressive. There is nothing there to set them apart from the rest except for their rather irritating vocals.

CYHSY are incredible, they've crafted a truly solid debut. please, please don't dismiss them from that one song. it doesn't capture their quirky pop at its best.

'the skin of my yellow country teeth' is quite the tune, my favorite.

aside from arcade fire, there isn't a band whose next move i am more anxious to see.
