2 Pac - Me Against the World
Ice Cube - AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted
Ice T - New Jack Hustler

Rapper's with a Cause aka Political Rap aka Public Enemy and others. I could make with with just PE, but I will spread the love.

Public Enemy - Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos
Public Enemy - Fight the Power
X Clan - Heed the word of the Brother
Boogie Down Productions/KRS-One - Stop the Violence
The Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy - Television, the Drug of the Nation

Hip Hop

Wu-Tang Clan - C.R.E.A.M.
Coolio - Fantastic Voyage
Notrious B.I.G. - Big Poppa
L.L. Cool J - I Can't Live without my Radio
Run D.M.C. - It's Like That

I like your list, it covers a broad range of some of the most influential rap songs ever. One thing I think you should've put on is Eric B. and Rakim - Paid in Full and Ain't Nothing But a G Thing By Snoop d loop

I know, but something had to be left out. I was trying to spread the love and keep it to one song per rapper/group. Considering how much P.E. dominated their sub-genre, I had to include a second song; however, I could have added 8 more by them.

It was a toss up between Nuthin' but a "G" Thang and the other Dre/Snoop song from the Chronic.
