I dont like punk for one reason. It's not funky. Most other genres are way funkier and therefore appeal to me more. But its not like funk is my favourite genre or anything. Pure funk music usually isnt that great.

I'm gonna go with punk just because it meant more to me at a point in my life. I don't really listen to as much punk as I used too and I listen to quite a bit of funk now; but I was still much more into punk at a point.
