What does everyone think of NIN's new album?

Good, bad, neither, don't care?

I need to get this album, then I'll have once more the complete discography.

I'm hardly a fan of his earlier work so I guess I'll pass.

Old Stuff : Some was Okay.

I actually have the album, and I listened to the first song or two, and I was going to finish the CD... but I downloaded another album, and got addicted to it (Suicidal Tendencies)..

I guess I fall into the "I Dont Care" category... but I'd like to eventually get around to giving it a good listen.

The more good reviews I get from Radiomute increases the chances I get to it sooner

Well, I've noted this before in a few recent threads, but I didn't find it all that interesting. More than ten years after Spiral, he's still trying to follow it up. What's wrong here was also wrong on the Fragile. All the songs have this tired, retread feel to them. I'm not saying Trent has to break new ground each and every time he and his gang release an album, but that's exactly what he did for the first 3 releases (including the Broken EP). I really don't think resting on laurels is a good idea a decade removed from the last noteworthy release. I'd have liked it better if he took more chances, even if he fell on his face a few times in the process.

I think it's okay. It's very hard to top or even match Downward Spiral, I'm afraid. But I think overall I rather like this latest effort. I've only listened to it once through, though and really I need to hear it a couple of more times.

Certainly it was worth the money.

I really like the album, didnt let me down in anyway. Some of the tracks on With Teeth are some of the best hes ever recorded. For those that miss his earlier agressive stuff, there are rumors of a release compiled of the more agressive tracks off of the original Bleedthrough to be releases sometime soon (i hope).
