I would offer two but I don't think they're any longer in publication:

The best resource for psychedelic info online was the Borderline Books reference site... It now is officially gone but a "back-up" of it exists at the following link:

In addition, I have never seen many really great psychedelic music magazines but I have read several good books on psychedelic music (just do a search on amazon to get a good list of them, although many are now out of print)...
