I like Will Smith, actually. His songs are more or less run of the mill, but he does possess charisma that is sadly lacking in today's hip-pop. As an actor, he is more or less always going to be the smart-alecky type, but that doesn't mean he isn't entertaining. If a movie comes out and he's in it, I'll at least think about whether I want to see it.

Everyone loves Fresh Prince and who doesnt like the song "Gettin Jiggy With It". His rap music is always entertaining. Maybe not the greatest actor, but usually entertaining.

To be honest I like Mc cool (lol). But I thought when Will was doing his thing in the 80's it was pretty damn good. I mean the songs sounded cool at least, and it was all about the true Hip hop spirit, summer fun an ladies which is plastified nowadays.

Will Smith's music is just really fun stuff to listen to. There needs to be more of the straight forward, fun, party than the pseudogangster, blingbling, booty shit that's on tv and the radio all the time.
