iwouldnt really count Sid Vicious as "lucky" no matter what career successes he had given his tragic end.

The Wiggles make me mad.
Not just because they suck, but because they've been franchised off to the rest of the world, and they're part of the decline in childrens' television everywhere! Tomorrow's tv watching youth are getting dumber every generation, and childrens' television isn't helping!
How intellectually stimulating is "hot potato hot potato"?

I think the aussie kids band the wiggles are pretty lucky. In the mid 80's they were this horrible pop band called the cockroaches who were one hit wonders. They broke the band up and became the wiggles who just goof around singing songs like "hot potato hot potato" and "Clap hands with Wags the dog" they made $54 million dollars last year and have been making figures like that for the past 10 years. They are the biggest earning entertainers that australia has ever had.

Although his personality is my favorite of the fab four, let's be honest: Ringo Starr.

You beat me to the punch. No question that he was the luckiest guy in the history of music.

I actually think Ringo is a good drummer. Not one of the alltime best, but good. The Beatles were not the type of Band where a dominant drum beat was needed (whereas bands like Led Zeppelin, Rush, The Who, depend on strong drumming).

Yes it was my first thought as well. But its pretty much agreed on. Basically anyone could have replaced ringo and Im sure the Beatles would have been as popular.
Ringo isnt a horrible drummer, he does the job. But hes nothing spectacular. Not even close.
