I really like what Annie does with her voice - have any of you heard her version of the old standard "Every Time We Say Goodbye"?! It's incredibly moving.

Diva is the choice CD in my opinion ~ Medusa is pretty amazing as well: The strong feminine spin she puts on "Don't Let It Bring You Down" by Neil Young, "Waiting In Vain" by Bob Marley, and the Procol Harum tune "Whiter Shade Of Pale" is priceless. Haven't heard the new CD Bare yet, but it seems to be well received so far.

Btw - ETWSG can be found on the Prelude To A Kiss Sountrack, along with another great standard "Prelude To A Kiss" performed soulfully by Debbie Harry.

Thumbs up

What about her new album? I like it, but a lot of people seem to be a little underwhelmed by it.

i like anne...i liked her best in her eyurythmic days..but i liker her solo stuff as well.

her new cd is ok....its a bit more layed back bohemian jazz for me, but its not bad....and damn..she still looks great.

did you know she shot the cover herself..its like a self portrait...i thought she did really well with that.

I like her, But I prefer her work in Eurythmics to her solo work.
Going solo after being in a band is not all that easy. 'Cause comparison between the two always exists. Still being able to stay fine after going to solo is rare. ( Paul McCartney is such a mere case IMO )

Angry Annie is MINE!!!!!!!

I would just like to tell you all that me and Annie are having a lustfull affair and would like you all to stop prying.

I just love stroking her short red hair - oooohhhh it's like I've caught myself a little red fox and she's all mine....
