have you checked their offical website?

I checked www.steinberg.net but it loads so slowly that I can't get past the homepage. Maybe their server was just getting slammed at the times I've tried to check.

Dream on!!!! Cubase is excellent software but tec support is all but none existant. You could try the forum but expect childish responses and lots of sarcastic remarks. I found it full of bored teenages with no inspiration although at times you might be lucky and get some genuine help but don't hold your breath.
