Anyone interested in this early space/ambient pioneer? I don't think I've ever seen them mentioned on these boards. Their excercises in atmospheric synth sounscapes predated Tangerine Dream's acheivements, and in my opinion, may be superior to anything they released in the '70s. They also started incorporating ethnic textures and nature sounds into their ambient recepies far before such practices became cliche. Their early '70s albums like "Affenstunde" still sound ultra-modern today, and if you aren't listening to their music, I suggest you start.

I've been interested in them for a very long time. I've always been a Tangerine Dream fan and Vuh's 'Aguirre' is greatly overlooked.
