New techno

I'm cool with all the old stuff, but when it comes to the new releases and the new hot stuff I'm a lil outta the loop.
Anyone help me out?
What's some new artists, releases, so forth that are good?...or more than good is appreciated!

Depends on if you like that silly schranz stuff, minimal, industrial, ambient-like, or what. There's quite a plethora of it about these days.

exactly why i don't listen to this type of music anymore...just a bit loopy for me..then again, this is probably a terrible stereotype. i guess i can't help but listen to abstract stuff. nothing wrong with it though.

perhaps even Spectral Sound. Geoff White (Aeroc), Matthew Dear and James Cotton (Dabrye) are all great guys to explore on there.

personally i prefer the Aeroc and Dabrye monikers, but it seems that their self-titled monikers serve your tastes (hopefully).

Are you looking for new techno, or new electronic music in general? I may be experiencing minor terminology confusitation.

im sorry, i was referring to their self-named monikers. for instance, Geoff White's Ince album on Spectral. link->http://www.discogs.com/release/326927

i wasn't very clear. originally in the post i left out the monikers beside their names. perhaps that would have been better.

to the stereotypical and uninformed person, techno represents all electronic music, but for those that actually know something about the genre would likely know that techno is only a small subgenre for what is the major genre known as electronic music.

...comprende?
