I'll check out The Blow as I at least like most everything you mention.

mmm the blow is different though, she's on K-Records and has that typical lo-fi K thing (not that I'm that knowledgeable about K, that's just what I heard) and also rather American, but yeah she's got some good songs, although I should get The Concussive Caress completely finally, but the Blow isn't an easy name to search for

Keshou to Heitai is good, yeah, I adore "Komoriuta No Mukougawa" and "Pop Na Skirt" and "Aru Choten" are pretty cool too. And Shojo Toshi is agreeable as well, although less spectacular. I haven't heard Hard Ni Sasete/Make Me Hard (2002) or Blurred in My Mirror yet, and the same goes for her collaboration with Aoki Takamasa, 28.
I've seen her compared with Haco in an Allmusic review, who seems to be another japanese electronica artists. Another one I have to check out then!

Just read this thread now, i really like noriko tujikos stuff alot and its good to see more people enjoying it. I just thought id recommend some other stuff that you guys may like. You should check out Piana and gutevolk on the happy label.
Both are more melodic than noriko tujiko and maybe poppier.
Also from japan and worth checking out is aco , who kinda sounds like bjork a lil but is really great stuff . Check out her irony album , it has really interesting production but her stuff before that is quite poppy and standard production wise. One of the songs on Irony is produced by Mum, who are also great.
Havent heard much of haco , but i think shes quite experimental.

I've seen her perform live several times.

One time she was definitely drunk.

Is Takako Minekawa any good?

I've been listening to some Ayano Tsuji, which is way more traditional j-pop, but still nice-ish. And Cornelius is cool too, more electronic too. My Japanese kick brought me to Boris too, mainly because of the great cover
