Who are your favorite producers?
I got this idea after reading another thread about what producers do. So who are your favorites? List them and the bands and/or albums you like by them.
For me:
Rick Rubin (Slayer - Reign in Blood, Mars Volta - S/T, Cult - Electric, Johnny Cash, Public Enemy - It Takes A Nation of Millions To Hold Us Back, Geto Boys - S/T)
Steve Albini (Pixies - Surfer Rosa, PJ Harvey - Rid Of Me)
Trent Reznor (NIN, Marilyn Manson - Portrait Of An American Family)

Rick Rubin is my all time favorite
He has a huge portfolio and it's ridiculously varied.
