Chrisaclark you have the worst taste in music out of anyone that regularly posts on this site. Well that is just my opinion. Dont take it too personally. I think our tastes in music are just completely different. Like for example you like really crappy music, while I like pretty amazing music. But I guess if you are into that, it is alright.

I take exception to this. It is a well known fact, that RM’s members think Seba and I have the worst taste in music. Seba/or whatever handle he is using now, isn’t here to defend himself, but YO!

In regards to chrisarclark, overall it's not as bad as I first thought when he kept going on and on about, The Darkness and Oasis. Now when considering the whole thing with The Darkness and Oasis, I figure what the hell. He's young and might still grow out of that, and discover they are only ok tribute bands.

I also have to say, that at least those times he broke out with an insult at Satchmo it wasn't dull and unoriginal. Some actual brain cells were used. I have even gotten used to reading the way he posts. In the beginning, I thought it was easier reading Joyce's Finnegans Wake. I still don't agree with a lot of what he posts, but at least now I don't get a headache afterwards.

Getting close to the big 42 and I am getting mellow in my Ancient One days.

You know, having Sly as your avatar only covers so much of your own taste.

Ok, not exactly completely mellow just yet.

Freud would have found it interesting, that apparently your subconscious found it necessary to post this. Nobody even mentioned anything about you, The Darkness and Oasis in this thread.

To paraphrase one William Shakespeare

The Beorn_J doth protest too much, methinks.

luckily for me i understand that quote

and i felt like saying that because this is a music discussion forum... and i was discussing my taste in music

I seem to remember something like this in another thread

'oh this is boring'

'damn this is boring'

'can someone please tell me when this is less boring?'

and you can also ask yourself why MC Cool found it so necessary to ridicule Chrisarclark's taste...

Errrrm...can I drag this thread back to it's original intention or do you want to carrry on squabbling? If so...can I hold anybody's coat for them? ;-)

The best Smiths album is probably "The Queen is Dead", "Strangeways" is good but the gulf between Morrissey and Johnny Marr is so audible. "Paint a Vulgar Picture" I think is pretty close to being the best song they ever recorded but "I Know It's Over" isn't far behind.

Nice to see people quoting Hamlet btw ;-)
