best artist who blends the lines between rock and IDM?

im looking for more artists who do the kinda stuff that mike cadoo does with bitcrush. it sounds so fresh to me,.....where else are the IDM-ambient guitars-postrock, whatever.....?

if not i say we start our own, theres plenty of talent around here!

Haven't heard bitcrush, but I'm Not A Gun (a collaboration between John Tejada and Takeshi Nishimoto) mix electronics with post-rock/jazz (amazing guitars). And, they're fucking awesome to boot. Their latest release - Our Lives on Wednesdays - is the best thing I heard last year.

im listening to fennesz - venice, and there isnt a whole lot of guitar (or beatwork on here). still a good album. maybe something of his earlier work is a little more in the aforementioned vein.

'endless summer' is regarded as his best album, but i love 'live in japan'. Most of it is acoustic guitar manipulated into chaos or into serenity.
