Question Loop problem in Sound Forge

Hello

I'm making a loop sequence for a Flash movie. So, I need a perfect connection between the beginning and the end of the sequence. It sounds correct when I’m listening selected part of some song in Sound Forge. But when I save it as mp3 file, Sound Forge puts a silence (about 0,026 sec) on the beginning and on the end, so the loop isn’t perfect any more. I understand that mp3 compression deletes some parts, but could it be that Sound Forge has some default preferences to put silence while saving? If yes, where can I turn it off?

p.s. I have tried with different bitrates, but without success

I'm not sure this is the right place for you to post this, but I'll try and answer anyways... Are you abselutely sure Sound Forge ads the silence, and the problem does not lay in Flash?

Besides, there's no need to convert to mp3, you can just make wav files and import those in Flash. Flash will make mp3 files of the sound anyways. I have tried this and succeded, so there shouldn't be any problem.

I think that's a limitation of the mp3 format, but I'm not sure.

Thank you guys!
I'm new to this forum and "General Music" isn't right place for this post.
No, Flash makes no problems, I have opened new made mp3s in Sound Forge again to check them. After a few hours cutting, pasting, saving as wav and than converting with another program to mp3, I had to make a compromise and make fade in and out to get acceptable sound.

Still, you shouldn't have to do this.... I had a couple of loops in my page right here, and it wasn't any problem to get them looping perfectly....
